The Great Story Of Our Culinary Journey
Nearly eighteen years ago, my husband Jason Severs and I decided to open a restaurant in Memphis at the same time we decided to get married. After three years of planning and looking for the perfect location our dream was finally realized. My husband’s family is from Capurso, Italy. It is a small town outside of Bari, Italy, which is the capital of Puglia. We decided we wanted to preserve his family’s culture and shed some light on this particular region in Italy, even though we knew that we would be misunderstood by some but loved by many. We are very fortunate to be able to do what we love for a living.

The menu is set up in the true Italian way; the portions are smaller so that you may order multiple courses. We even slice the salami and cheeses to order.

We ask that you order all of your courses, except dessert, at one time because nothing is pre-prepared and everything takes time to cook. Every ingredient in every dish makes the dish complete, so we will not make substitutions or exclusions to any dish. There is a $2.00 plate splitting fee.
