We recycle all of our glass and plastic containers, and paper products. Jason goes every week and personally disposes of the bottles. We switched a while back to 100% biodegradable to go boxes that are made from sugarcane fibers and we are NOT charging extra for to go orders even though they are more expensive boxes. We use non-toxic chemicals. We compost our food trimmings. 

We were recently introduced to a really neat liqueur that is new to the market. St Germain is madefrom elderflower blossoms in the Alps. It is a beautiful liqueur that can be mixed with any spirit to make a unique cocktail. We tasted it in many different variations and all of us had our favorites.It is great on the rocks with a lime, or mixed with bourbon, it is great with sparkling wine or with pear vodka and tonic. Try it the next time you're in and see what you think. It is made in smallquantities so you won't see it everywhere, just in a few select places.

Every Monday is Martini Monday at Bari. Well martinis are $5. Smirnoff and Charbay infused vodkas are $6. Come join your friends and kick off your week right,    with a martini!  

Whenever we have blood oranges, we can make blood orange martinis, like the one in the photo. It's so good! We have also had fresh pomegranates in and they are so good with vodka.
