" Monte Veronese DOP is made in the northern part of Verona in the Veneto region of Italy. It is a full-fat, semi-cooked cheese made from cow’s milk. Monte Veronese is aged briefly, usually 30 days and is a semi-hard cheese. It is a rich, fruity, nutty, and slightly sharp cheese. Try some the next time you come in!
Blood Orange Prosecco
We just got in a delicious new treat for you! It's Canella Blood Orange, which is Prosecco blended with blood orange juice. It is really refreshing in this summer heat. Some of you may remember the Canella Rossini we had last summer, which was prosecco with strawberry juice. We are offering it for $6 a glass, come and try it!
